I started using Magento back in 2008 building a small website for a local tea wholesaler seeking to go retail. Back then there was nearly no information on Magento and the effort proved unsuccessful, but taught important lessons about the platform. Since then I have moved on to architect a digital download store for Paramount Pictures and Seagate, and build the online store for the Canadian Billabong subsidiary, West 49. Currently I am engaged with a client building a new business on Magento. More details coming soon.
